Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud or resale.

We work hard to show our dresses accurately, but colours can vary between screens and small differences in fabric, print placement and trim are natural. Sizing guidance is approximate — measurements are the best guide.

Our pieces are bought in small quantities and may sell out. Listing an item does not guarantee it is in stock at the moment you order.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

• Don't resell our products commercially without written permission

All content on this site — including the Cló & Clover name, logo, photography and written copy — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our site may link to other websites, such as social media. We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
